REFUNDS

Because you don't always get it right first time. At Markbridge Jewellers we are solely committed to make the decision process as easy as possible and we are here to help you if you encounter any problems or have any questions.

All products sold by MarkBridge Jewellers are crafted to meet the highest industry standards. You can shop with 100% confidence and we guarantee full satisfaction with all of our products.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you can exchange without hassle within thirty days of the original purchase date. Please note: to be eligible for a exchange, items must be in their original condition and packaging with all documents provided. Our thirty day exchange policy grants you the time to ensure you have no doubt found the perfect piece of jewellery.

 

WARRANTY

MarkBridge covers the cost of reasonable repairs for the first six months after purchase. Signs of improper care or damaged as a result from something other than normal wear, will be repaired at a cost. A quote of the cost to repair can be given prior to the repair. Customers will be required to cover return shipping costs. After 6 months, the repair will be at a cost.

We do not take any responsibility for repairs undertaken by other jewellers and this warranty will be void once a repair is undertaken by another jeweller.

 

SIZING

Ring sizes are based on Australian Standard sizing.

When buying online, there are many factors that could change your ring size, such as style, metal, width, gemstones etc. We advise getting your finger sized from a trusted jeweller prior to purchasing online.

We want to ensure your ring fits perfectly, therefore we offer free ring re-size (up or down 2 sizes) on any full price ring purchased from MarkBridge Jewellers.

 

PAYMENT

All payments on mbjewellery.com are processed via our secure payment gateway. If preferred, payments may also be made via paypal.

 

YOUR INFORMATION

WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
